Forrest Park is a 116 acre (47 hectares) greenfield site located in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham.

With planning consent for more than 1.75 million sq. ft of industrial / distribution accommodation the site also benefits from a completed £13m package of enabling works including junction improvements and a 24 MW sub-station.

Forrest Park can accommodate a mixture of B1, B2 and B8 business, commercial and industrial units particularly suitable for large scale manufacturing and distribution.

It forms an extension of the Aycliffe Business Park with over 500 businesses employing around 10,000 people on its 400 hectares, making it the largest industrial estate in the North East region.

 Newton Aycliffe is a nationally important engineering, manufacturing and distribution location. The businesses located here, including Hitachi Rail, Gestamp, Husqvarna and II-VI enjoy a local recruitment catchment pool of over 608,000 people and over 2.5 million regionally.

 The site is well situated on the key investment corridor of the A167 / A1 motorway, adjacent to junction 59. The Port of Tyne and Teesport are both within a 40 minute drive providing onward connections to the major UK, European and Worldwide Freight Ports.
