East Pilgrim Street represents one of the most strategically important development sites in Newcastle city centre. The site which extends to approximately 8 hectares is identified as a key mixed use development within the city.

Paul Bell, partner at Ryder architecture, reveals the masterplan proposal which has evolved in close consultation with Newcastle City Council and development partners, incorporating up to date information regarding planned infrastructure investment, road improvements and regeneration. The masterplan incorporates key inputs including commercial property consultancy, public realm design proposals, and multi modal transport infrastructure to ensure the commercial drivers for the site are realised.
