Terms and Conditions
This page sets out the Terms and Conditions upon which Invest Newcastle provides the MIPIM 2020 Partnership Packages.
By submitting the MIPIM booking form you are confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not submit the MIPIM booking form.
Cost of packages
The cost of participation in MIPIM 2020 (Excluding VAT) is: Standard Partner £4,000. Executive Partner £7,200 and premier partner £12,500. Early bird rates if booked before the 30th September 2019 are Standard Partner £3,800. Executive Partner £6,900 and premier partner £12,000.
Bookings
All bookings are accepted subject to approval. NewcastleGateshead Initiative reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any bookings, in full or in part, without giving an explanation.
A limited number of spaces are available, and booking will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Package details are outlined in the partnership sales brochure and a full list is provided prior to completing the booking form.
Taxes and duties
All rates are exclusive of VAT which will be payable at the prevailing rate.
Payment
We will send you an invoice for the full price of your package you have selected plus the number of seats on the flight you have selected. Payment is due within 14 days from the date of invoice.
Insurance
NewcastleGateshead Initiative has public liability insurance for the stand. However, you are advised that all partner belongings are taken at your own risk. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for your belongings and your employees.
Cancellation
Once signed, it is not possible to cancel the contract without full agreement in writing from NewcastleGateshead Initiative. Sponsorship packages are non-refundable unless an alternative partner can be found; flight bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Law
These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England.
Privacy
You can view our privacy policy which states what data we store and what we do with it. As part of the Newcastle at MIPIM partnership your details will be shared with other delegates in the partnership. If you’d prefer for this not to happen, please email mipim@ngi.org.uk to be removed from this list.
